Autism Mom updates: Ethan’s continued progress through ABA and OT
Since Ethan started with First Steps, he's started to consistently imitate our words, learned how to use the LAMP program in his AAC device, learned to identify more than 50 objects and learned how to identify colors and match like objects. His attention to his virtual class sessions during the summer session at LAUNCH preschool improved 100%.

Submitting my USC and CSUDH OTCAS Applications in the midst of COVID-19
My journey in preparing to apply for OT schools confirmed what I already knew: I was called to Occupational Therapy. I had never known about OT before my son's ASD diagnosis, but slowly, going to each OT appointment, talking to his OTs about his progress and seeing how much it made him better, I began to desire to help kids on the spectrum in the same way.

Back at School for the MSOT program at CSUDH!
I already had this feeling that I wanted to eventually become a professional in the field of serving special needs children. And ever since I started this blog and Ethan got diagnosed my interest in the field of pediatric therapy grew. I attended the info session to see if studying Occupational Therapy would indeed be for me.
