Video: Feeding therapy ๐Ÿ˜‹

Just sharing a video of one of Ethan’s feeding therapy sessions. We started the feeding therapy a month ago, and he’s already made a lot of progress. He chewed on the Nuk chew toy, a feeding therapy tool that massages his teeth and encourages him to chew and move food with his tongue. He’s also tried drinking from a nosey cup.

Sippy Cup Struggles

We’ve had a lot of trouble getting him to use sippy cups (he pretty much rejects them all). We have a library of unused sippy cups in the kitchen! Slowly but surely, we are getting him to drink from a cup, with little cups and a few drops of liquid. He is also improving his food variety. I mix up different kinds of protein with the rice he loves so much, gave him mashed sweet potato, butternut squash, eggs, peas and carrots and shredded fish sticks.
